Improving quality of life for clients, stakeholders & field teams

Hardware programs through stage‑gate. Agentic AI that keeps them on the critical path.

I’m Matthew Williams — a technical project manager who plans and implements key business activities across corporate and operational settings, then builds the AI tooling that finds the efficiencies and acts on them.

Capabilities

Planning, and then the part where it actually gets done.

A technical project management background, pointed at finding efficiency and deploying agentic AI tools to act on it — prioritized by financial significance and relation to the critical path.

Program management

Drove a solar-thermal demonstrator from CoDR through PDR closure into CDR and build, with 5+ external vendor commitments sitting on the critical path.

Agentic AI tooling

Built SOLIS, a self-hosted assistant that turns engineer chatter from Slack, Teams and Discord into structured Linear work items — plus an MCP browser relay for authenticated Confluence and Monday.com pulls.

Product ownership

Backlog management, user stories and acceptance criteria, sprint planning, roadmap communication and stakeholder discovery — shipped as real releases, not documents.

Stakeholder reporting

Consecutive weekly reporting cycles that synthesize Confluence, Monday.com and Slack into one source of truth: executive deck, stakeholder email, progression log and team kickoff.

Vendor & contract negotiation

Freight contracts with captive rail and barge carriers, vendor RFQs, bench BOM and budget, university lab partnerships — relationships that translated into preferential capacity at peak demand.

Cross-functional leadership

Controls/firmware, optical and mechanical under one plan; a 9-person adjusting team across 10 states; 18 people across plant-wide construction and technology projects.

Work

Four programs, one operating style.

Every claim below is a line from the resume. The five-minute video walks through the same ground with the visuals.

Ultimus Technology

Client: Exowatt · Solar thermal energy

Technical Project Manager

Feb 2026 — Present

Drove the program through every gate.

  • Manage automation and controls program delivery for Exowatt's Photon-to-Electrons solar-thermal demonstrator: a 13-person cross-functional team across Controls/Firmware, Optical and Mechanical.
  • Took the program from CoDR through PDR closure into CDR and build, with 5+ external vendor commitments on the critical path.
  • Built the program's AI reporting pipeline: reusable deck-generation and week-over-week diff skills, a scheduled wiki-curation agent, and an MCP browser relay for authenticated pulls.
  • Standing up program management for Ultimus' confidential internal product — requirements spec with full traceability, bench BOM and budget, vendor RFQs, university lab partnerships, and an investor briefing.

Product: Code Command Center · AI agent-orchestration platform

Technical Product Manager / Platform Contributor

2026 — Present · concurrent

Product owner on a platform that runs fleets of AI agents.

  • Help bring new features to Code Command Center, a self-hosted platform that orchestrates fleets of Claude Code agent sessions: 2,800+ commits spanning Windows platform support, computer-use agent sandboxing and a CI-enforced feature catalog.
  • Product Owner of Motion Studio: a three-phase product plan, then a shipped dual-engine (Remotion + After Effects) brief-to-video pipeline with an autonomous render → vision-review → self-correct loop.
  • Delivered it as a CLI group, server job queue, pipeline node and media gallery.
  • Led the platform's Windows → Linux/systemd migration, and is currently authoring the go-to-market commercialization plan covering tiered enterprise pricing.

The Justice Claims Group

Concurrent with Ultimus since Feb 2026

COO / Public Adjuster / Senior Consultant

2020 — Present

Ran the firm, and the technology that made it faster.

  • Direct a 9-person adjusting team across 10 states; secured $30M+ in indemnified dollars for policyholders.
  • Drove +900% first-year ROI by scoping, selecting, piloting and rolling out infrared, LiDAR and moisture-detection technology into the field workflow — a vendor-evaluation-to-deployment cycle that mirrors product rollout.
  • Own the firm's go-to-market motion: marketing strategy, industry convention presence and policy-compliance standards.
